Fresh Heirloom Tomatoes
INGREDIENTS:
2 very big heirloom tomatoes
Basil leaves
Green and red peppers
Cracked pepper
Balsamic Vinegar
Olive Oil
PREPARATION:
Cut up the tomatoes and arrange them nicely on a platter. Cut Basil and peppers and sprinkle them on top. Spoon over some vinegar and lots of oil. Serve with some cold rose wine.
